Who needs a Manual J

New construction, additions, and - increasingly - HVAC change-outs. IRC M1401.3 requires equipment sized to an ACCA Manual J or equivalent, and departments are bouncing rule-of-thumb sizing more often on straightforward swaps too. Not sure if yours qualifies? Read Do I need a Manual J?
