Every tier is defined by what gets checked, not by how hard we look. Read the scope before you order; anything not listed is not reviewed.
Send your plan set and up to five questions, or the building department's correction letter. We answer each one against the drawings with sheet references, and note anything else we hit along the way without hunting for it. For a correction letter: what each comment is asking for, which sheet it touches, and whether it needs an engineer, architect or HVAC designer.
