Reports we prepare

Residential only. Inputs are taken from your drawings, not guessed from square footage.

How it works

1

Send us your plans

Tell us about your project and we send a secure upload link the same day. PDF plan set, jobsite address, and what the building department asked for.

2

We extract & calculate

Envelope, windows, orientation, and infiltration are pulled from your drawings into ACCA-approved software - not estimated from square footage.

3

Checked the way the AHJ checks it

Every input is traced back to a plan sheet, so the reviewer at your building department can verify it without a phone call.

4

Submit with confidence

Permit-ready PDF in 2 business days. If the department kicks it back, we revise free until it clears.

What the building department checks

A plan reviewer does not re-run your calculation. They check three things: the design conditions match the jobsite, the envelope inputs match the drawings, and the software is on ACCA's approved list. Reports that fail usually fail on the second one - square-footage guesses that don't trace to a sheet. Ours do.
